Electronic tool to examine differential diagnosis of bilateral basal ganglia abnormalities on MRI in children
The link below will direct you to download a prototypic electronic tool to examine differential diagnoses in the presence of bilateral basal ganglia abnormalities on MRI. The basal ganglia are paired deep grey matter structures in the brain and MRI patterns in various disorders that can involve these structures were analysed as part of a study that will be available after peer review (Link to be updated). This is a prototypic tool and should be used in conjunction with the linked manuscript. It has not been validated by a secondary cohort and should not be used for clinical decision making.
